SJR 80 (Sen Lightford; Rep. Dunkin) - Creates a Recess in Schools Task Force to look at barriers to recess and make recommendations on how to bring back recess.

Children's Right to Early Care and Education

HB 5322 (Rep. Currie) and SB 1786 (Sen Lightford) - Continues funding for Preschool for All to reach the children that need it the most. 
SB 3460 (Sen. Harmon; Rep Hernandez) - Funds to build early laerning facilities so that there are spaces for all eligble preschoolers. 

Children's Right to Financial Security

HB 5735 (Rep. Riley) - Provides alternatives to foreclosure for struggling homeowners.  
SB 655 (Sen Lightford) - Stops excessive interest charges on installment loans and limits number of pay day loans a person can take out at one time.
SB 3782 (Sen Frerichs) - Renters who are evicted because of their landlord's foreclosure cannot have this reflected on their credit report.
HB 4781 (Rep Colvin) and SB 1786 (Sen Martinez) - Protects consumers from predatory debt relief services.   

Children's Right to a Quality Education

HB 5693 (Rep. Burns) Supports community schools with a $5 million appropriation.
